Fee schedule

A fee schedule defines how an advisory fee is calculated — the rate or tiers, the basis it is applied to, the billing frequency, and whether it is charged in advance or arrears.

Most billing disputes trace to a schedule that was agreed verbally, amended by email, and never made it into the system that produces the invoice.

An exception that lives in a person's memory does not survive that person.
