The founders of UX Wealth couldn’t find a comprehensive RIA platform that could meet the increasing demands from today’s advisors and clients. They became tired of watching incremental changes being cheered as innovations. The frustration mounted as they began seeing professional advisors turning into life coaches in order to justify their fees. Portfolio management had become commoditized, and the team at UX wanted to change the game.

Our Management Team
CEO / Co-Founder
Kyle’s passion is disruptive solutions. Through his career serving financial advisors and helping them find solutions that differentiate them from the status quo, Kyle has learned the difference between conventional and unconventional wisdom. When it became clear that the usual players weren’t going to make the kind of difference possible, Kyle partnered with his fellow leaders to empower transformational options. Today, Kyle is a managing partner for Thor Analytics, responsible for the growth and distribution. Having spent a decade and a half listening to financial advisors and their clients, one thing became clear: advisors and their clients are looking for better solutions. They are looking for technology to distinguish their business while improving the investment outcomes for the clients they serve. In his leadership at Thor, Kyle is able to deliver cutting-edge technology to help advisors grow their businesses, create better value-add, and improve investment outcomes for clients.
Kevin started his career in the financial services industry, and held leadership positions for multiple asset management firms. Seeing the need for firms to create better outcomes for clients, he became passionate about how technology was impacting the wealth management industry. He graduated with honors from Ohio Wesleyan University with a degree in Economics.
Marc van Rijssen
Director of Operations
Marc van Rijssen has been working in the financial services industry since 1999. He earned his BA in mathematics from Hobart College and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 57, and 63 securities licenses. Mr. van Rijssen has progressive experience in broker/dealer and trading operations within start-ups and multi-billion dollar organizations. He has demonstrated ability to streamline business operations that drive growth and increase efficiency. He has strong qualifications in developing and implementing controls and processes in addition to productivity improvements and change management. He possesses solid leadership communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with all levels of staff and management. Marc was previously Head of Trading at Curian Capital and Head of Portfolio Operations at EQIS Capital Management.
Director of Client Experience
Bridget brings 15 years of experience to the financial services industry. She is a Colorado native and received her bachelor's degree from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business. Her career has been focused on building strong relationships, collaborating with operations and compliance, and providing exceptional customer service.
Advisor Business Consultant
Dan has spent his 20 year career in the financial industry where he developed a diverse set of skills. From 401(k) employee education to retirement plan administration and distribution, he was always driven by a singular force: do what’s in the best interest of the end client. Another powerful motivator was continual improvement and innovation. He attended Purdue University, where he graduated with a degree in Business Management. Dan takes great pride in providing mentorship to others and advocating to break through the financial industry’s sea of sameness.
